Bookings
A 50% deposit will be required for all courses before confirmation of booking can be provided. Full payment for courses booked will be required not less than 14 days before the course start date unless otherwise agreed.
Courses bookings must be made in writing or by email unless otherwise agreed. For companies, a purchase order number is required at the time of booking.
Trainingsmith reserves the right to change, or cancel courses when necessary. Wherever possible, courses will be rearranged to suit both parties. If a course cannot be rearranged, Trainingsmith will refund 100% of the course fee paid.
If you wish to change your booking, Trainingsmith will do their very best to fulfill your requirements. If no suitable course can be agreed, the course will be cancelled in accordance with the following cancellation criteria.
If you cancel a booking more than 14 days in advance of the start date of the course, Trainingsmith will refund 100% of the amount paid.
If you cancel a booking less than 14 days in advance of the start date of the course, Trainingsmith will be unable to provide a refund.
No certification will be issued until all course fees have been paid in full.
